ingredients
- 1/2 loaf sliced sourdough bread with thick crust
- 3/4 lbs grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lbs grated jack cheese
- 1 lbs bulk pork sausage
- 3 1/2 C milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp dry Coleman’s mustard
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper

Brown the sausage and drain the grease. Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with slices of the bread (trim the crusts off, reserve for the top. Mix all ingredients, excluding 1/2 the cheese. Pour the mixture over the bread evenly. Arrange bread crusts and remaining cheese over the top. Refrigerate overnight covered with foil. Bake uncovered for about an hour. You can tell when it is done, it does not jiggle.

Can use more sausage and cheese if desired.
