Chocolate Zucchini Cake

- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
- 2 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp clover
- 2 c. Zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
directions

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2) Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla & buttermilk.

3) Mix dry ingredients together.

4) Add Zucchini and nuts.
- 5
5) Spread/sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter.

6) Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes in 13x9 inch pan.
