Easy Lobster Night
ingredients
- Lobster (Fresh or Frozen, defrosted) 8-10 oz. per person
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice from one lemon
- Fresh Parsley
- Pasta

Defrost lobster completely and separate from shell (shrimps, scallops, clams etc.. can be added or substituted)

In a saucepan, add olive oil and bring it to medium heat

Chop lobster meat into 1 inch “cubes” and saute gingerly in pan - do not overcook lobster

Add garlic

In conjunction with lobster in pan, cook your pasta and drain
- 6
Add white wine and lemon juice.

Add butter to lobster pan after 4-5 minutes of cooking

Add parley to pan

Combine all ingredients in pan and toss in pasta
