Eggs Supreme

45 minutes @ 325

  • 2 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

  • ⅔ cup whipping cream (not whipped)

  • 12 large eggs

  • Coat 11“ x 7” x 2" glass baking dish with butter. Cook sausage in frying pan until cooked and crumbled. Spread cooked sausage in the baking dish, sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the sausage. Crack the 12 eggs and place them over the layer of cheese, crack the yoke of each egg, but do not mix. Pour the whipping cream over the eggs and sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese on top. Poke a knife in the center to test when done.
