Bay Scallops with Linguine
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. natural bay scallops
- 1/2 lb. linguine
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
- Black ground pepper and salt (a few shakes)
- Paprika-few shakes
- Dash of garlic powder
- Few leaves of parsley
- Juice of fresh lemon

Melt butter and oil in pan. Add crushed garlic, add scallops, parsley, pepper and salt, garlic powder. Sauté 5-10 minutes until tender

Add lemon juice. Add to cooked drained pasta and mix together.
