Bay Scallops with Linguine

ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. natural bay scallops
  • 1/2 lb. linguine
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
  • Black ground pepper and salt (a few shakes)
  • Paprika-few shakes
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Few leaves of parsley
  • Juice of fresh lemon

    Melt butter and oil in pan. Add crushed garlic, add scallops, parsley, pepper and salt, garlic powder. Sauté 5-10 minutes until tender

  • 2

    Add lemon juice. Add to cooked drained pasta and mix together.
