ingredients

  • 1 2/3 C quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 C whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C buttermilk
  • 1/4 C vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp lemon rind -- grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 C frozen blueberries

directions

Place oats in food process until resemble corn meal

Mix dry ingredients

Add mixed wet ingredients to dry until moist

Coat berries with flour and fold into batter.

Bake 400 for 20 minutes.
