Sandra's Onion Soup
ingredients
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 3 cans of beef broth
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs flour
- 3 cans of water
- crusty loaf of bread
- mozzarella cheese

In a large pot cook onions in butter for 15 minutes. Coat with four. Add broth and water; simmer for 45 minutes.

Serve in a bowl topped with a piece of crusty bread covered with mozzarella cheese.
