Overnight Omelette
Perfect for brunch. Toss everything together the night before and bake it up the next morning.
ingredients
- 6 onion rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives

1. In a buttered 13x9 baking dish, tear the rolls into chunks. Layer with the cheese.

2. Slice butter into small pats and randomly place over the cheese. Cut the cream cheese into smallish sized chunks and layer over the butter.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, seasonings, and chives together until well blended. Pour this over everything, cover with foil, and refridgerate until the morning.

4. In the morning, bake, covered, at 325 deg. for 45 minuntes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
