CHICKEN FAJITAS
ingredients
- MARINADE FOR CHICKEN & ONIONS/PEPPERS
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 to 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken cut up into small
- pieces
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 1-2 large onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, cut into small pieces
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1 small jar salsa
- Guacamole
- Shredded lettuce
- Tortillas
- Tortilla chips
- FLAT PAN USED FOR GRILL

1. Mix all chicken & onion/pepper marinade

2. Place cut-up chicken in plastic zip-locked

bag with 3/4 of marinade.

3. Place cut-up onions & pepper in plastic

zip-locked bag with the rest of marinade.

4. Cut up tomato & shred lettuce.

5. Cook bag of pepper/onion marinade in

teflon coated pan on stove.

6. Place chicken in flat pan used for grill & cook

on grill.

7. Heat tortillas in microwave.

8. Remaining ingredients can be put into

individual bowls on table.
