Easy Tex-Mex Hash
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbs oil
- 3 cups of frozen Potatoes O’Brien (hash-browns w/peppers & onion)
- 1 cup chunky-style salsa
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
directions
Brown the beef, drain off fat and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet, add Potatoes and cook for 12 minutes turning after 5 minutes or so. Mix cooked beef into the potatoes. Add the salsa and chili powder and fold into the meat potato mixture. Heat another 3 minutes. Top with cheese to melt. Can be garnished with sour cream.
