Laurie's Spicy Bok Choy
A fresh vegetable dish with an asian flair!
ingredients
- Baby Bok Choy
- Shitake Mushrooms
- Yellow Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chile Pepper Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Oil
- Salt
- Lemon Pepper
directions
Slice One Medium Onion and halve each slice.Saute in part Olive Oil and part Sesame Oil partway. Add chopped Shitake Mushrooms, Chopped Garlic and Salt (or garlic salt), Fresh Grated Ginger (or ground ginger), and Chile Pepper Flakes to taste. Add chopped Bok Choy. Stir fry until tender. I like it with a little crunch still in it! It’s excellent with Grilled Fish seasoned with some sesame oil, ground ginger, salt and lemon pepper!
