- Approximately 1 dozen eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley

Mix Dough in Food Processor

Pulse beat all ingredients together

Mix all ingredients together

Texture should be soft and mushy
notes
Use 3 lbs of meat for 8 batches of dough 7 dough and 1 1/2 lb of meat makes 16 dozen If egg mixture is no 3/4 cup add water
