Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
So easy to make, it’ll bring a smile to your face!
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 2/3 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 Tbs melted butter
- Filling:
- 4 blocks (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz mini chocolate chips

For the crust mix together and press into the bottom of a spring form pan with or without parchment paper on the bottom. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

For the filling, mix the above ingredients together with a mixer for 5 minutes. Add the mini chocolate chips. Spread filling over the pre baked crust. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then turn down to 200 for 45 minutes. When done it should crack, turn oven off. Leave the oven door ajar and let the cheesecake cool for 2-4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup when serving.
