Broccoli /Tomato Salad
ingredients
- 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 slices Turkey bacon
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup sunflower seed kernels
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (or to taste) sugar
- black pepper, to taste

Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, bacon, peas, tomatoes and sunflower seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and black pepper to taste.

Add to broccoli mixture and toss gently.

Chill thouroughly before serving.
