Stuffed mushrooms
ingredients
- 3 packages mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 stick butter
- sprinkling of parsley
- shredding of Parmesan cheese
directions

• Clean mushrooms and pop out stems
- 2
• Put stems in food processor and set mushroom caps aside
- 3
• Melt butter and add to stems
- 4
• Add onion flakes and process (not too much – filling should be slightly lumpy, not smooth)

• With a teaspoon, stuff the caps with the filling, rounding the tops
- 6
• Line mushrooms up in a glass casserole dish
- 7
• Sprinkle completed mushrooms with parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese

• Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave for 10 minutes
