Passover Chocolate Kisses
ingredients
- 1 small package chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°.

Melt chocolate in small bowl in microwave at 30 second intervals stirring until melted.

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy, add sugar – 2 tablespoons at a time beating after each addition, continue beating until mixture stands in stiff peaks.

Add vinegar and vanilla – beat well.

Gently fold in coconut, nuts and melted chocolate.

Drop from teaspoon onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 9 minutes.
