Grilled Salmon Salad + Homemade Italian Dressing
Tasty grilled salmon and healthy stuff topped with homemade italian dressing.
ingredients
- 1/2+ lbs salmon
- seafood grill shakers seasoning
- lemon juice
- greens (romaine, spinach, whatever)
- vine tomato
- red onion
- grated parmesan cheese
- add any other veggies you like
- sea salt (prevents wilting the lettuce)
- fresh ground pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar

Salmon: shake on the seasoning and grill it on a foreman grill or skillet. splash on some lemon juice. Cook a bit on each side but not too much. just make sure it’s done.

Salad: chop up all the greens & mix.

Dressing: Pour a healthy amount of extra virgin olive oil in a small dish & add a few splashes of balsamic. Add some parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. Add a dollop of lemon juice. Stir it up and pour over the salad.

Prep: Add some more sea salt & fresh ground pepper to the mixed greens. slice up the salmon into inch-and-a-half wide strips and put right on top. mmmmmm it’s real good.
