I really like this bagizza because it’s somewhat healthy (at least I like to think), it’s quick, and looks and sounds kinda fancy. It’s a great lunch-on-the-go, appetizer for a party, or once again, just a snack. Hope you like my Bagizza.

ingredients

  • 1 or however many bagels you want to eat (I prefer Whole Wheat)
  • Cream Cheese
  • Pesto-Basil Spread
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Mozarella, Asiago, Parmesan, Vermont; any kind of cheese that you like

directions

    1.Preheat toaster oven/oven just so it’s warmed up

    2.Slice bagels in half

  • 3

    3.Spread cream cheese across bagel and cover the hole in the middle

  • 4

    4.Spread the Pesto-Basil Spread to your taste

  • 5

    5.Spread/place the sun-dried tomatoes

  • 6

    6.Sprinkle cheese on the bagels

  • 7

    7.Place in oven, wait until cheese melts, approx. 3-5 minutes

    8.Let bagels cool for a minute or two; can sprinkle more cheese
