BAKED FISH
Easy Fish Recipe
ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 pound fillet of flounder or sole
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and pepper

Dip fish in the egg, and then press crumbs all over the fish.

Brown the butter slightly in large shallow dish.

Lower the fish into the butter and turn over.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Baste while baking at 375° for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges.
notes
Can use whatever kind of fish you have.
