Grandma's Noodle Pudding
ingredients
- 1 lb. Medium Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 2 c. Sour Cream
- 2 c. Cottage Cheese
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (in juice), drained
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 c. Corn Flake Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 18 Maraschino Cherries, halved

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add drained pasta. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Combine corn flake crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle corn flake crumb mixture even over casserole until coated. Place cherries on top in rows. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until top is a golden brown.
