- 1 LG. BUNCH FRESH BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER
- 2/3 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
- 2 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 CAN [3 1/2 OZ.] FRENCH-FRIED ONION RINGS

TRIM OFF ALL THICK PARTS OF STEMS AND SLIT. SPLIT LARGE PIECES. STEAM 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL BARELY TENDER. ARRANGE IN A CASSEROLE AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. MIX SOUP AND MILK. POUR OVER. BAKE 25 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. TOP WITH ONION RINGS AND BAKE 8-10 MINUTES MORE OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE CRISP.
