Bacon Tomato Tartlets

ingredients

  • 1 8-count can flaky biscuits
  • 6 slices bacon crisp-fried and crumbled
  • 1 med tomato seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

    Pull each biscuit apart to form 3 pieces.

    Press into muffin cups sprayed with nonstick spray.

  • 3

    Combine all other ingredients and mix well.

  • 4

    Spoon into prepared muffin cups.

  • 5

    Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 24.

    I use the bacon that is already cooked and use the small muffin tins.
