Bacon Tomato Tartlets
ingredients
- 1 8-count can flaky biscuits
- 6 slices bacon crisp-fried and crumbled
- 1 med tomato seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Pull each biscuit apart to form 3 pieces.

Press into muffin cups sprayed with nonstick spray.

Combine all other ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 24.

I use the bacon that is already cooked and use the small muffin tins.
