Chinese Chicken Wings
ingredients
Basic:- 1 lb. chicken wings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup or chili sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1. Discard wing tips. Sprinkle wings with seasonings. Bake in a single layer at 400F for 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer to a casserole.

2. Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running. Process until minced. Add remaining ingredients for sauce and process for a few seconds to blend.

3. Pour over wings. Cover and bake at 325F for about one hour, basting occasionally.

4. Serve with fluffy hot rice and chow mein as a main course.
