Wild Rice salad
ingredients
- 2 boxes of wild rice with seasoning
- 1 can of garbanzos drained
- 1 red pepper chopped up
- 2 stalks of clery finely chopped
- 1 can of green beans drained
- 1 can of red beans drained
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar

Cook rice as indicated on box)

Boil all ingredients in the dressing until sugar dissolves.

Combine deiced red pepper, celery, green beans, garbanzos, red beans and red onions with the rice.

Add dressing over the rice mixture and chill for at least 1 hr.
