Mousse & Meringue

- 10 egg whites
- 2 cups of sugar
- Mousse
- 9 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups of rich whip
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp hot water

1) Whip until stiff and add sugar and whip

2) Put into 3 separate round aluminum pans

3) Bake for about 20 minutes

4) Layer the meringue with whipped Chocolate mousse:

-Put in chocolate bowl

-Take Saucepan and combine 3/4 cup of rich whip and coffee and water until it almost is at a boil

-Take pan off stove and pour over chocolate

-Leave 1 minute

-When melted, stir

-Allow to cool

-Add the rest of the rich whip which is already whipped and fold into choc.
