Gulf Coast Shrimp Veracruz
ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked/deveined
- 1 bottle Cannon Farm Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce
- 1 c red onion, diced
- 3 each, avocado dices
- 1/2 c cilantro (chopped)
- 3 T lime juice, fresh

Add all ingredients to a bowl, toss lightly.

Serve over a salad tossed with Poblano Lime Dressing, or in a martini glass for a special presentation.
