Turkey Meatballs and Tomato sause
ingredients
Meatballs- 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, crushed
- 6 to 8 big dashes of hot sauce
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 3 large gloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Some olive oil
- 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 28 oz can Muir glen organic chunky tomato sauce
- Some oregano
- some rosemary
- about 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- dash of sweet vermouth

Meatballs

Mix all the ingredients (it will be mushy).

Form into 24 meatballs and place on a sheet pan coated with a nonstick spray.

Bake at 400 F for about 12 minutes

Reduce the heat to 350 F for another 15 minutes or so.
Sauce
- 1
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic and onions until translucent

Add the tomato sauce and every thing else

Let it simmer until the meat balls are done.

Add the meatballs and let it simmer some more.

Serve with pasta and some more Romano cheese
