Philly cheese bell
Velda Teel’s recipe for a classic appetizer
ingredients
- 1- 8 oz container Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese spread
- 1- 8 oz package Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
- 2 teaspoons chopped green pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- chopped parsley for garnish (opt.)
directions
Combine cheese spread and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Mold into bell shapes using two cheese spread containers lined with plastic wrap. Chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with chopped parsley and pimiento strips, if desired. Spread over Nabisco triscuit wafers.
