Chicken Fajitas

ingredients
- 3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Minced garlic
- Olive Oil
- 2 colored peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 sweet onion, sliced
- White Wine
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
directions
Put one tablespoon olive oil in pan. Add chicken breasts strips and cook until no longer pink. Add garlic, peppers and onion. Cook until tender-crisp. Add 1/2 cup white wine and simmer until carmelized. Prepare tortilla by spooning chicken mixture into tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired. Enjoy!
