ingredients

  • 2 boxes of frozen, chopped spinach: defrosted and drained
  • 1 can of diced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 bottle of bacon bits
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • 1 packet of dried bacon Ranch or Ranch Dressing
  • 3 green onions; chopped well
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 can of crabmeat
  • 1 package of the small Mission flour tortillas

    Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and spread on the Mission tortillas. Roll the tortillas up like a cigar.

    Cover them so that they can be put in the freezer for about a half hour.

    Then, slice them into 1/2" serving pieces.

  • 4

    They make at least three dozen appetizers (perhaps more, depending on how they are cut) and can be also, be served as, wraps (by cutting them larger).
