Crab Rollups
ingredients
- 2 boxes of frozen, chopped spinach: defrosted and drained
- 1 can of diced water chestnuts
- 1/2 bottle of bacon bits
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 1 packet of dried bacon Ranch or Ranch Dressing
- 3 green onions; chopped well
- garlic to taste
- 1 can of crabmeat
- 1 package of the small Mission flour tortillas

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and spread on the Mission tortillas. Roll the tortillas up like a cigar.

Cover them so that they can be put in the freezer for about a half hour.

Then, slice them into 1/2" serving pieces.

They make at least three dozen appetizers (perhaps more, depending on how they are cut) and can be also, be served as, wraps (by cutting them larger).
