Chinese Vegetables
ingredients
- 1 package of frozen peas or frozen pea pods
- 1 can bean sprouts drained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts drained
- 1 can of onion rings
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- Dash of soy sauce
directions
In a large casserole dish layer peas, water chestnuts, sprouts, and soy sauce. Put soup on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix in onion rings and sprinkle about a 1/2 cup on top and then bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
