Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary
ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes cut into quarters
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
directions

1) Cut potatoes and mix with olive oil, sea salt , pepper, garlic and rosemary until well coated. Roast @ 400 degrees for at least an hour, flipping twice during cooking to ensure even browning.

2) Season to taste and serve.
