Sausage Soup (Similar to Tuscana Soup @ Olive Garden)

ingredients
- 6 Russet Potatoes
- 1 Quart chicken broth
- 1 package hot sausage
- 1 package sweet sausage
- 1 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 package Kale
directions
Boil sausage separately until cooked apprx. 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2 coins. Boil potatoes separately until tender. Drain potatoes reserving about 1 cup of broth. Combine potatoes, sausage and chicken broth. When close to a boil add cream and kale. Lower heat and cook an additional 7 minutes. Serve
