Cousin Laura's Swordfish Macadamia
ingredients
- 2 lb. swordfish cut into 8 oz portions
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg & 1/4 cup milk beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 oz crushed Macadamia nuts
- 1/2 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 whole lemon sliced
- 1 Tablespoon butter (whole)

Flour swordfish steaks, then dip in egg wash.

Saute in butter on both sides till golden brown.

Add butter, lime and lemon.

Top with macadamia nuts.

Bake for 8 Minutes at 400°
