Chicken with Wild Rice
ingredients
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 16 oz. can french style green beans (drained)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 4 oz. jar pimientos
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can water chestnuts
directions
Cook rice according to package, then mix with other ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 2-1/2 to 3 quart casserole. Cover and cook 35 minutes at 350°. Can be made a day ahead and heated. Will freeze.

I don't use the pimiento or water chestnuts
