Creamy Frozen Salad

ingredients

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 9-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 banana

directions

    Slice banana and toss with 1 T. lemon juice.

  • 2

    Blend sour cream and 1 T. lemon juice, sugar and salt.

  • 3

    Stir in pineapple, cherries, pecans and banana.

  • 4

    Pour into 8“x8” baking pan. Cover and freeze.

  • 5

    Serve on salad greens.
