Creamy Frozen Salad
From Kay Mullin’s recipe files.
ingredients
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 t. salt
- 9-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 banana

Slice banana and toss with 1 T. lemon juice.

Blend sour cream and 1 T. lemon juice, sugar and salt.

Stir in pineapple, cherries, pecans and banana.

Pour into 8“x8” baking pan. Cover and freeze.

Serve on salad greens.
