Avocado Dip
ingredients
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 container (4 oz.) crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsely (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
directions
Mix all together and enjoy. Eat with corn chips or good bread. Best at room temp.
