Rotel Rice

ingredients

  • 3c cooked rice
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1sm can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1/2lb velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4tsp onion powder
  • 1/4c milk
  • pepper, to taste

directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges and cheese is melted.
