Rotel Rice
ingredients
- 3c cooked rice
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1sm can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/2lb velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1/4tsp onion powder
- 1/4c milk
- pepper, to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges and cheese is melted.
