Swiss Cashew Tossed Salad
ingredients
- In a blender mix:
- 1/3 C. vinegar
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 t. mustard
- 1 T. grated onion
- dash of salt
- Gradually add while blending:
- 1 C. vegetable oil
- 1 t. poppy seeds

Combine a bag of romaine lettuce, 1 C. salted cashews, 4 oz. julienne sliced swiss cheese.

Serve with dressing.
