Rosebud's Famous Chocolate Fudge
ingredients
- 2 1/2c semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 squares (2 oz.) GHIRADELLI bittersweet chocolate, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/2tsp. almond flavoring
- 2Tbsp. chocolate liqueur
- dash - 1/8tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1c chopped almonds

Melt chocolate chips and chocolate with condensed milk over double boiler, stirring constantly. Add almond flavoring and pepper, continue to stir. Remove from heat, add nuts. Pour into 9 x 9 square pan lined with waxed paper.

Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
