  • 3 potatoes – peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3T flour

    Make a dough with the potatoes, eggs and flour.

  • 2

    Roll with your hands to form long worms and cut into 1-inch pieces. Boil water. Add some salt and a little oil. When water comes to a boil put the dough in. Boil for 30 minutes. Strain them. Saute bread crumbs in butter. Add the dough pieces.
