Hash Brown Potato Casserole
My Gram introduced me to this recipe and let me tell you... it goes fast!!
ingredients
- 1-2 lb bag of frozen square hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- Crushed corn flakes or grated cheese
directions

Preheat oven to 350°

Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 greased glass pan

Lightly salt and pepper

In separate bowl mix melted butter, soup and sour cream

Spoon mixture over potatoes
- 6
Top with crushed corn flakes or grated cheese

(I happen to like a lil of both!!)

Bake for 45- 60 minutes
