Ham and Cheese Crepes
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
ingredients
- 6 crepes
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 3 green onions
- 1/4 t. dijon mustard
- 1/4 t. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices ham
- 1/3 C. bread crumbs
- 3 T. butter, melted

Place 6 crepes on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix sour cream, onions, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on crepes, place ham slice on cheese. Spread 1 1/2 t. filling on top of ham and roll up. Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle on crepes. Bake until brown and bubbly.

May need to cover with foil at the end of baking time.
