MRS. BRENNAN'S GREEN BEAN GENIUS CASSEROLE

When I was a young girl, my best pal Sally’s Mom served this on all her special occasions. Little did I know it was the famous Campbell’s soup recipe. I though Mrs. B invented it and I thought she was a genius!
ingredients
- 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- dash pepper
- 4 cups cooked green beans
- 2 cups French’s French fried onions
directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix soup, milk, soy, pepper, beans and 1/3 of the onions in a casserole dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.

Stir, sprinkle with reserved onions, and bake an additional 5 minutes to brown.
