Mom's Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Easy and Yummy!
ingredients
- 2 1bs. of boneless pork (chops or roast sliced)
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 5 tablespoons of water

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Begin pulling and shredding pork during the last hour or two.

If you have to cook longer, no worries. The longer this recipe cooks the better. It is ever yummy the next day.

*If your in the mood, add a can of baked beans to the pot during the last hour or two.

Serve on fresh rolls or with corn bread and coleslaw or salad.
