ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1. Whisk syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and pepper in small shallow dish.

    2. Add Chicken and turn to coat.

    3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning once.

  • 4

    4. Grill until done.

  • 5

    5. Pour reserved marinade into small sauce pan and bring to simmer over medium heat.

  • 6

    6. Cook until reduced by about half (approx. 4 minutes)

    7. Pour sauce on chicken and serve.
