Newport Crab Bake

ingredients
- 2 6 1/2-oz. cans crab meat, drained, flaked
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
directions
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter’ mix lightly. Toss bread crumbs with butter; blend 1/2 c. crumbs into crab mixture. Place crab mixture in greased baking shells or 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
