Sunday Rolls
ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/4 cups flour
directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Cover, and let stand overnight (at least 8 hours)

3. Turn dough onto well-floured board, and knead lightly

4. Roll to 1/4 inch thick, then cut and place on 2 greased cookie

5. Cover, and let rise for 4 to 6 more hours

6. Bake at 400F for 10 to 12 min.
