Chivi's Peruvian Rice and Ground Beef
Brown the ground beef, garlic and onion. Drain and add seasonings. I usually add ¼ cup of water at this point to make a paste. Add hard boiled eggs at the very end. Serve with steamed rice.
In Peru, the rice and meat get layered and lightly pressed in a cup and turned upside down on a serving plate.
Add as many raisins and as much spice as you like!
