Aunt LaMyrle's Apple Nut Cake
ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. allspice
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 t. soda
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 t. butter flavoring
- 2 apples chopped
- 1 cup pecans
- Icing
- 2 T. milk
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- Heat to almost boiling, then add powdered sugar gradually until thick enough to drizzle over cake.

Mix dry ingredients together, add moist ingredients, add buttermilk mix well, add 1 cup finely chopped apple, add chopped pecans.

Bake in Bundt pan at 325 for 1 hour 20 min.
